Pear and Arugula Pizza

Makes 24 Servings


  • Olive oil, as needed
  • 12 cups (6 lbs.) shredded Manchego or crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 24 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Slices, well drained
  • 6 cups (1-1/2 lbs.) walnut pieces
  • 36 cups arugula
  • 24 individual size par cooked pizza crusts

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Drizzle oil over each pizza crust. Top each with 1/2 cup shredded or crumbled cheese. Arrange 1 cup pear slices over cheese on each crust. Scatter 1/4 cup walnut pieces over pears on each crust. Bake each pizza 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from oven. Scatter with arugula leaves before serving.
