Pear Plus One Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pears (any style)
  • 1 cup Salad dressing, fat-free honey Dijon
  • METHOD

    Drain pears, reserve syrup for another use. In a blender or food processor, puree drained pears and salad dressing together until smooth. Use this full flavored, fat-free "pear plus one" recipe to:   ·Marinate and baste chicken breasts for grilling and baking   ·Dress pasta or fruit salads   ·Glaze pork chops   ·Top turkey burgers and other sandwiches
