Pear Plus One Dressing

  • 2 cups Pacific Northwest Canned Pears (any style)
  • 1 cup Salad dressing, fat-free honey Dijon

    Drain pears, reserve syrup for another use. In a blender or food processor, purée drained pears and salad dressing together until smooth. Use this full flavored, fat-free "pear plus one" recipe to: ~ Marinate and baste chicken breasts for grilling and baking ~ Dress pasta or fruit salads  ~ Glaze pork chops ~ Top turkey burgers and other sandwiches
