INGREDIENTS

  • 24 Small pita bread rounds, cut in half
  • 48 Lettuce leaves
  • 3 lbs. Ham, thinly sliced
  • 3 lbs. Pacific Northwest Canned Pear Slices, drained
  • 48 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups Low-fat Ranch dressing
  • METHOD

    For each serving, open 2 pita halves; line each with lettuce. Layer each pocket with 1 ounce ham, 1/4 cup pear slices and 1 slice cheese. Drizzle each pocket with 1 tablespoon dressing before serving.
