INGREDIENTS

  • 24 (6 lb. 6 oz.) Pacific Northwest Canned Pears, halves, drained
  • 3 qt. Pear juice (from canned pears)
  • 2 qt. (4 lb. 8 oz.) Berries, frozen
  • METHOD

    For each serving: In a blender, combine 1 canned pear half, 1/2 cup pear juice (from canned pears), 1/2 cup frozen berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, etc.) and blend until smooth. VARIATION: For a creamier smoothie, add 1 banana to each frapp?.
