Northwest Tuna Salad

Makes 3 Servings


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (12 ounces) water packed tuna, drained
  • 1 can (8 ounces) Bartlett pears, drained and diced

    In bowl, combine celery and onion. Stir in mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt. Add tuna and diced pears; stir gently to blend. Serve as a salad in lettuce cup, or to make sandwiches.
