Pear and Arugula Pizza

Makes 4 Servings


  • 2 cans (15 oz.) Pacific Northwest Canned Pear slices in juice
  • Olive oil, as needed
  • 4 Individual size par cooked pizza crusts
  • 1 lb. (2 cups) shredded Manchego or crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 6 cups arugula

    Drain pears and set aside. Preheat oven to 450F. Brush oil lightly over each pizza crust. Top each with 1/2 cup shredded or crumbled cheese. Divide pear slices evenly over cheese on each crust. Scatter walnut pieces over pears on each crust. Place on baking sheet; bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove from oven. Scatter with arugula leaves before serving.
