Pear-Kale Super Smoothie

Makes 2 Servings

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (15 ounces) Pacific Northwest Canned Pear halves or slices, in juice
  • 2 cups chopped kale leaves
  • 1 small medium apple, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. agave syrup
  • 2 ice cubes
  • METHOD

    Place pears and juice, kale, apple and syrup in order into large, high powered blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth. Serve immediately or freeze for icy treat.
